Seal Team

PADI Seal Team is a fantastic course for children who are wanting to learn to dive but are too young for the Open Water course.

Seal team is made up of 5 aqua missions which introduces children to basic skills such as breathing under water, clearing a mask of water, recovering a regulator and swimming around experiencing the sensation of being weightless. 

These sessions are completed in the pool and are a mixture of having fun and experiencing new things whilst thinking about safety at the same time.
